About

The hotel overlooks the delightful Crescent Gardens and sits opposite the Scarborough Cultural Quarter where you will find The Scarborough Art Gallery and The Sitwell House - 'Woodend'. Historic Hotels & Properties brought The Central Hotel in 2018 with a mission to restore this important building to its early Victorian Elegance, sensitively incorporating modern enhancements. Our brief for the restoration of the hotel is simple: create the best hotel in Scarborough, a hotel that Yorkshire can be proud of.
